This book is a gem for a single woman to learn HOW to pray and WHAT to pray for in a future husband. The book's two authors, Robin and Tricia, share their real life, and love stories in each chapter that are relatable and inspiring. Tricia and Robin each share their failures, heartbreaks, and happy endings. Each chapter also includes scriptures, quotes, and real stories from other women who prayed for their future husbands and saw real results, along with discussion questions at the end of each chapter to encourage deeper thought into each subject presented. The subtitle,"Preparing your heart for his" is the theme of this book, showing the reader that through prayer and praying for other people (your future husband), you will in turn become closer to God and grow in knowing HIM. Specific items are discussed and listed for the reader to pray for, including attributes to look for in a future husband. Single women are encouraged to have faith and patience, be in prayer, and wait for what God has in store for you. This book has an enticing cover, and is easy and enjoyable to read. My twelve year old daughter also enjoyed the book, as it was appropriate for her to read too. This is a must read for any single woman, as you are never too young or too old to start praying from your heart for your future husband.
